This car is in great conditions. I recently had the front fenders and front bumper repainted to get rid of all the rock chips that were on the paint. The car also went through a full detail which included a 3 step paint restoration and interior shampoo and conditioner. The car has been serviced at lithia motors in twin falls since 18k miles which includes oil changes and fluids topped off every 3k miles.

The ball joints and tie rod ends look tight so I am sure that replacing the rack and pinion will fix the play issue.
